How do I update my payment information?

If you have signed up for a monthly contribution towards Campoal, you can manage this subscription and update your billing information from within your account. Here are the steps to do this:
Log into your Campoal account
Click on your name, located in the upper right hand corner of the page
Choose ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu.
Select the ‘Manage contributions’ option
There you will see the option to cancel your subscription or update your payment details
If you do not see the ‘Manage contribution’ option, it means you were not signed up for a monthly contribution.
How to update my billing information from my mobile device?

If you are accessing Campoal from your mobile phone or tablet, please follow the steps below to update your billing information:

Membership
Log into your Campoal account by clicking the menu icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and selecting ‘Log in or sign up’
Once you have logged into your account, tap on Menu User-added image and select ‘Membership’
Select the option to ‘Manage contributions’
There you will see the option to cancel your subscription or update your payment details
Promoted Petitions (Recurring payment)

If you have signed up for a recurring payment to promote a petition, please click the ‘Contact Support’ link above. When contacting us, please ensure you are using the email address connected to your Campoal account.
