DO NOT LET THE HEALTH AUTHORITIES SACRIFICE THE BEES AND ENDANGER YOUR HEALTH AND THAT OF YOUR CHILDREN TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF THE AGROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY!
PETITION TO THE COMMISSION AND THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNIONFor an immediate withdrawal of the potentially carcinogenic SDHI pesticides that are killing our bees !Several independent scientific studies show the deleterious effects of SDHI pesticides on bees, amphibians, their persistence in soil, detection in harmful concentrations in water, and their potentially grave effects on human health (cancers, tumors, brain disorders, neurodegenerative diseases...) ;These substances are among the most used in France and other European countries, covering up to 70 % of the treated surfaces of soft wheat and 80 % of those with winter barley, and are among the molecules most often found in our food; We, citizens of France and Europe, concerned with the protection of our bees, the environment, our health and that of our children, ask the Commission and the member states of the European Union to not give in to the agrochemical companies and demand that they withdraw all SDHI pesticides from the market and help finance independent and transparent studies in order to evaluate the real dangers posed by the use of these pesticides to avoid a potential health and environmental disaster.
